About Project

The project consists of 23-storey, 300-room hotel, in Damascus city centre close to the Damascus International Fairgrounds. This luxury property, which contains five restaurants, three meeting halls and a health club and swimming pool, is spearheading and providing momentum for the expansion of tourism facilities in Syria. The project also includes a separate mall to be leased out as retail outlets, offices, and restaurants. FTCC was the main contractor for all the works, including the structural, architectural, electromechanical, landscaping and interior decoration packages for a total area of 52000 square meters.
